1. Giveaway Organizer

The Monthly Pretty Giveaway is organized and administered by All My Pretties – Soap Boutique, a small-batch soap and skincare business located in Saskatchewan, Canada.

All giveaway registrations, drawings, prize notifications, and prize distributions are administered by All My Pretties.

2. Eligibility

The Monthly Pretty Giveaway is open to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Are legal residents of Canada or the United States, where participation is permitted by applicable laws.
• Are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their province, territory, or state of residence.
• Provide accurate registration information.
• Agree to these Official Rules & Regulations.

Employees of All My Pretties and members of their immediate households are not eligible to participate.

The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

3. How to Enter

Participation is completely free. No purchase is necessary.

To enter The Monthly Pretty Giveaway:

1. Visit https://allmypretties.ca.
2. Navigate to the Monthly Pretty Giveaway registration page.
3. Complete the official registration form with your name, valid email address, and any other required eligibility information.
4. Read and agree to these Official Rules & Regulations.
5. Submit your registration.

Only one active registration per person is permitted.

Duplicate, fraudulent, automated, or misleading entries may be disqualified.

Purchasing products, subscribing to promotional emails, or following All My Pretties on social media does not increase your chances of winning.

4. Registration and Ongoing Eligibility

Once successfully registered, eligible participants will automatically be included in future monthly drawings for as long as The Monthly Pretty Giveaway continues.

Participants do not need to register again each month.

Registrations remain active unless:

• The participant requests removal.
• The participant becomes ineligible.
• The giveaway program is discontinued.
• The registration is disqualified under these Official Rules.

Participants may withdraw from the giveaway at any time by contacting All My Pretties.

Withdrawal from the giveaway does not automatically cancel a separate email marketing subscription.

Similarly, unsubscribing from marketing emails does not automatically withdraw a participant from the giveaway.

5. Monthly Prizes and Number of Winners

All My Pretties guarantees a minimum of one (1) soap winner per monthly drawing.

The number of winners increases according to the total number of active, eligible giveaway registrations received before the monthly entry cutoff.

One (1) prize will be awarded for every 100 active, eligible registrations, with a minimum of one (1) prize and a maximum of ten (10) prizes per monthly drawing.

Monthly Prize Structure:

• 1–199 eligible registrations: 1 winner
• 200–299 eligible registrations: 2 winners
• 300–399 eligible registrations: 3 winners
• 400–499 eligible registrations: 4 winners
• 500–599 eligible registrations: 5 winners
• 600–699 eligible registrations: 6 winners
• 700–799 eligible registrations: 7 winners
• 800–899 eligible registrations: 8 winners
• 900–999 eligible registrations: 9 winners
• 1,000 or more eligible registrations: 10 winners

The maximum number of prizes awarded during any single monthly drawing is ten (10), regardless of how many additional participants register.

Each confirmed winner will receive:

One (1) bar of All My Pretties small-batch soap.

Approximate retail value: $12–$14 CAD per bar.

The soap variety will be selected by All My Pretties based on available inventory.

Prizes have no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Standard prize shipping will be provided at no charge to confirmed winners, subject to applicable shipping restrictions.

6. Monthly Drawing Dates

The first monthly drawing is scheduled for October 31, 2026.

Subsequent drawings will normally take place on the last calendar day of each month.

The registration cutoff for each monthly drawing is 11:59 p.m. Saskatchewan local time on the calendar day immediately preceding the scheduled drawing.

Registrations received after the cutoff will be considered for the following month’s drawing.

The number of available prizes will be calculated using the total number of active, eligible registrations at the cutoff.

Winners will be selected randomly from the eligible entries.

All My Pretties intends to conduct monthly drawings live on its official Facebook page whenever reasonably possible.

If technical difficulties or unforeseen circumstances prevent a live drawing, the selection may take place privately, with results announced afterward.

Participants are not required to watch or attend the live drawing to win.

7. Chances of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of active, eligible registrations and the number of prizes available for that month’s drawing.

Every eligible registration has an equal chance of being selected.

Each participant receives one entry per monthly drawing.

Each participant may win no more than one prize during the same monthly drawing.

Previous winners remain eligible for future drawings, provided their registration remains active and they continue to meet eligibility requirements.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

Selected participants will be contacted using the email address or phone number provided during registration.

All My Pretties will notify selected participants and request confirmation of eligibility and a current mailing address.

Selected participants must respond within seven (7) calendar days of the initial notification.

Canadian selected participants must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance before being declared official winners.

Selected participants may also be required to complete reasonable eligibility verification or prize acceptance documentation, where legally permitted.

If a selected participant:

• Does not respond within seven calendar days.
• Cannot be contacted using the registration information provided.
• Does not meet eligibility requirements.
• Fails to complete required verification.
• Declines the prize.

All My Pretties may randomly select an alternate eligible participant.

A participant is not considered a confirmed winner until all applicable verification requirements have been completed.

8.  Winner Selection and Notification — Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible registrations received before the monthly entry cutoff. The number of winners will be determined by the total number of active, eligible registrations, subject to a maximum of ten (10) monthly prizes. Drawings will normally take place on the last calendar day of each month. All My Pretties intends to conduct the monthly drawings live on the Founder, Trinity Thompson's, Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/trinity.thompson.656992. Participants are not required to watch the live drawing to win. Selected winners will be contacted using the email address provided during registration. If a telephone number has been provided, All My Pretties may also attempt to contact the winner by phone. Selected winners must respond within seven (7) calendar days of their initial notification. If a selected winner does not respond within seven (7) calendar days, or cannot be contacted, the prize will be forfeited and All My Pretties may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries

9.  Skill-Testing Question — To be declared a winner, Canadian residents must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, administered by email or phone at the time of notification. This is a standard requirement for Canadian contests.

10.  Winner Announcement — By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that All My Pretties may announce their first name, last initial, and city and province (or state) of residence on our official website (allmypretties.ca), our Facebook page, and our other social media profiles, without further notice or compensation. If the winner chooses to share a photo with us, they also give permission for that photo to be shared in the announcement.

11.  Privacy — Personal information collected during registration is used only to administer the giveaway and contact winners. You will only receive marketing emails from All My Pretties if you have separately signed up for them.

12.  General — All My Pretties reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical problems, or circumstances beyond our control interfere with its operation. By entering, participants release All My Pretties from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance and use of a prize. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook or Meta.

13. Prize Shipping and Delivery

All My Pretties will contact confirmed winners privately to obtain or verify their current mailing addresses.

Mailing addresses are not required during initial giveaway registration.

Prizes will be shipped to eligible mailing addresses within Canada or the United States, subject to applicable shipping and customs restrictions.

All My Pretties will cover standard shipping costs for the awarded prizes.

Winners are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping information.

Prizes will normally be dispatched within fourteen (14) business days after winner verification and receipt of shipping information.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, postal availability, customs processing, and circumstances beyond the reasonable control of All My Pretties.

All My Pretties will make reasonable efforts to assist with delivery concerns but cannot guarantee postal delivery times.

14. Winner Announcements

Monthly giveaway winners may be announced on the official All My Pretties Facebook page, website, and other business social media accounts.

Public announcements will generally identify confirmed winners using their first name and province, territory, or state.

Full names, email addresses, telephone numbers, and mailing addresses will not be publicly disclosed without appropriate permission.

Participants are not required to be present during a live drawing to claim a prize.

15. Personal Information and Privacy

Personal information collected through The Monthly Pretty Giveaway will be used for purposes reasonably necessary to administer the giveaway, including:

• Recording and managing registrations.
• Confirming eligibility.
• Conducting random monthly drawings.
• Contacting selected participants.
• Confirming prize acceptance.
• Obtaining shipping information from winners.
• Arranging prize delivery.
• Preventing fraudulent or duplicate entries.
• Maintaining records required by applicable laws.

Giveaway registration information will not automatically be used for promotional email marketing.

Participants may separately choose to receive marketing communications from All My Pretties by providing express consent through an optional subscription field.

Marketing consent is not required to participate in or win the giveaway.

Participants may withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe option provided in promotional emails or by contacting All My Pretties.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the All My Pretties Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

Information will be retained only as reasonably necessary for giveaway administration, ongoing eligibility, legitimate recordkeeping, and applicable legal obligations.

Shipping information collected from winners will not be retained longer than reasonably necessary for delivery, related inquiries, and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Participants may contact All My Pretties to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, subject to applicable legal requirements.

16. Fair Participation and Disqualification

All My Pretties is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent giveaway.

The organizer reserves the right to disqualify registrations involving:

• False or misleading information.
• Duplicate registrations intended to increase winning chances.
• Automated or fraudulent entries.
• Attempts to interfere with the random selection process.
• Failure to meet eligibility requirements.
• Violations of these Official Rules & Regulations.

Disqualifications will be based on reasonable grounds and applied fairly and consistently.

Each eligible participant is permitted only one active registration.

17. Changes, Interruptions, or Cancellation

All My Pretties reserves the right, subject to applicable laws, to postpone, modify, suspend, or cancel a monthly drawing when reasonably necessary due to:

• Technical difficulties.
• Fraudulent activity.
• Postal disruptions.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.
• Circumstances beyond the organizer’s reasonable control.

Significant changes will be communicated through the official All My Pretties website or business social media accounts.

Changes will not be made for the purpose of unfairly disadvantaging eligible participants.

The maximum number of prizes for each monthly drawing will remain ten (10), unless a separate promotional giveaway is announced under its own official rules.

18. Social Media Disclaimer

The Monthly Pretty Giveaway is independently organized and administered by All My Pretties – Soap Boutique.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Meta, or their respective parent companies.

Participation does not require following, sharing, tagging, commenting on, or interacting with any social media account.

Social media announcements are provided for promotional and informational purposes only.

19. Acceptance of Official Rules

By submitting a registration for The Monthly Pretty Giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Official Rules & Regulations.

Participation is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, territorial, state, and local laws.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Purchasing All My Pretties products does not improve a participant’s chances of winning.

The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
