At All My Pretties, every product is made in small batches and inspected before it leaves our studio. We want you to love your purchase, and we’re committed to making things right if there’s ever an issue.
Returns
Due to the nature of our handmade bath and body products, we cannot accept returns of used or opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at trinacres@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We’ll review the issue promptly and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
Allergies & Skin Sensitivities
Our products contain a variety of plant oils, butters, botanicals, clays, essential oils, and fragrance oils.
Please review the ingredient list before purchasing. We cannot issue refunds for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or personal fragrance preferences. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend performing a patch test before use.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
